《活動内の創作物について次のような行為はお控えください。》
①#ほしまらーと のイラストの無断使用・転載はしないで下さい。
②活動内で使用したイラストの無断使用・転載はしないで下さい。
(製作者様に許可を得た場合は認めます。）
③営利目的での制作・配布・販売行為は固くお断りしております。
④ほしまるが不適切と判断するもの

・ほしまると応援してくださる皆様が不快と感じる創作活動はお控えください。
・営利目的での制作、配布、販売行為は許可しておりません。
(個人にて切り抜き動画、同人活動の範囲、同人誌・グッズ制作等は認めます。)
・利用プラットフォームの規約・規則・規定を遵守してください。
・次のような表現を伴う創作活動はお控えください。
①公序良俗・反社会的な表現
②国際問題や政治問題に関わる表現
③ほしまるのイメージを著しく害するもの
④ほしまると誤解・誤認含む詐称されうるもの
⑤第三者の名誉・品位等を傷付けるもの、権利を侵害するものなどの他傷行為。
⑥ほしまるが不適切と判断するもの
・その他、髪形や服装などの改変行為は制限ございません。
